LOL at Phillip and Chris! I prefer to forage for mushrooms at the grocery store! That being said, if I need a large quantity of mushrooms, then I go to one of our many local mushroom houses and get them fresh picked!
We used to camp at a certain place and a girlfriend showed us where to look for the chanterelles. So we had them with out morning eggs. Delicious. Lovely shot.
