The patron saint of Aquismon, San Luis, Potosi, Mexico was to be celebrated on September 28, 2007. Unfortunately, Hurricane Lorenzo had other ideas drenching the area in heavy rainfall. I did what I could to salvage photographs - the lighting conditions were horrible, grey, wet, and overcast. The rivers and fall, normally turqoise clear, were angry and muddy. The trip was part of the Latin American Geography class at The University of Texas at Brownsville.
