Fire and Ice means tasting all the contestants chilli, and voting on your favourite batch, they all have a secret ingredient:-) I only tried this endeavour one year and spent the rest of the weekend locked in the bathroom, lots of fun though. You buy a cup and spoon and then lineup and get a sample from each vender.
