The Mt. Lafayette hike took us up the Falling Waters Trail to the AT at Little Haystack, along the AT and the Franconia ridge to Mt. Lincoln and Mt. Lafayette, down the Greenleaf trail to the Greenleaf hut operated by the AMC, and back to the parking lot along the Old Bridle Path.

Lafayette Place Trailhead - 1780 ft
Little Haystack - 4780 ft
Mt. Lincoln - 5089 ft
Mt. Lafayette - 5259 ft
Greenleaf Hut - 4420 ft

The hike was about 8.8 miles and was quite challenging.
