Bhutan Festival Washington, DC, 2008

During my trip to Washington, DC my friend and I had the chance to see the Bhutan Festival.
She had traveled to India and Bhutan in 2007 and her guide was going to be at this festival in the
USA. We had the unexpected pleasure to be at the Festival while the Prince of Bhutan was making his rounds
on the 4th of July, 2008.
