This house is located in Worth, Illinois in the southwest burbs of Chicago. The lights are computerized and synchronized to music including "Enter sandman" "This is Halloween", "The Halloween Theme", "Tales from the Crypt" and many more! If you happen to go down W. 110th Street make sure to tune your radio to 90.7fm and enjoy the show! Most props are one of a kind handmade or fabricated. No need for blood & gore here. We have it light up at night, but the display is still awesome
during the day. Keith is a graduate of the "American
Academy of Art of Chicago" , his passion is horror so you
can guess that his favorite time of year is Halloween.
We had to build a shed just to house our growing collection
of Halloween decorations. The tombstones are made of
hard insulation, he cuts out what he wants the tombstone to
look like, then uses dremel tools to carve it for the old look.
Then he paints them with several different colors to give
them that stone look.
They look real but they are very light in weight. Some of the
other characters are store bought but he repaints them after
he gets them home. The grim reaper in the middle of the
sidewalk is made with a cheap skeleton he bought at
Menards.

suburbs. We are a FREE home haunt, or as some call it
a "haunted house", located in Orland Hills, Illinois.

Nightmare on Elizabeth is in it's 28th year of
operation for this award-winning Halloween Home.
The display has received Lombard's Grand Prize in
it's Halloween contest and has been featured by local
news organizations, as well as BBC's London news
service.
Special Events: This ghoulish home display features
Frankenstein's Lab, "Old Sparky" electric chair,
life-size creatures - (human and otherwise), ten-foot
tall working guillotine and crashed UFO ship plus
many more unique features.
Creepy creatures and ghoulish goblins haunt the
property (on Halloween) and chainsaw wielding
characters are no match for faint-hearted visitors.
Regular 'shows' are scheduled throughout Halloween
evening.
For those brave enough to make it to the front door
the treats are said to be the best in town. Come join
us!!

Nightmare on Newcastle is located in New Lenox, on Newcastle Rd. We have had a yard display since 1997 and have become well-known in the neighborhood as the "scary house".
The display is kid-friendly, spooky, creepy and not gory. The graveyard has all kinds of creatures and many tombstones, the front half of the garage serves as the mad scientist's laboratory
(who knows what he's up to!) and one must venture through the Mausoleum of Shadows to receive any treats. This year, we hope to show off the Torture Chamber.
I have included some pictures from last year. Sorry no nighttime photos, I cannot do them justice. But be assured, at night, the place comes ALIVE!
