Copper Canyon, Mexico

I stayed for a month on a Dude ranch in Copper Canyon, last September. It was capped with a four day hike down one canyon, up the next and down that one.

Beautiful Gallery, John. That rugged land is a place I'll probably never see otherwise. It is so nice to view that spectacular landscape, not through a travel brochure, but through the eyes of an artist. You did extensive post processing and your effort is noteworthy. I know the air temp is about 105 degrees & in some of your works I FEEL it. I love the images of the children; I've had those faces http://www.pbase.com/koyote11/image/53546508) in classes of my own! Fabulous tour of Copper Canyon Jonh! This is a place I could only visit in my dreams, but thanks to you I was almost there! I love you landscapes and the shots of the buildings. But the children are my favorite! Sam

Absolutely beautiful gallery, John. After spending most of 6 years in varioius parts of Mexico, not seeing the Copoper Canyon is my one great regret. Maybe still one of these days. You made me want to see it even more. Marcia
