Visit to Rats' Restaurant & Sculpture Grounds, Hamilton, NJ
We visited Rats' Restaurant where Kathleen is now working as a chef, in Hamilton Township, NJ on September 22, 2005. We were celebrating Pam's and my birthdays, too. Also visited the adjacent Grounds for Sculpture, which is maintained by J. Seward Johnson, one of the Johnson & Johnson heirs, who also built Rats Restaurant. The restaurant is named for "Rat", a character in "Wind in the Willows", and also is "star" spelled backwards (as explained by Mr. Johnson....and we know that all artists are eccentric!). All pics taken with Canon SD550 Elph. I plan on going back when not dressed for a formal dinner, with lots of camera equipment!
