ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံအတြင္းလူမႈအဖြဲ႕အစည္းအတြက္ လိုအပ္သည့္လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားကို ကိုယ္က်ိဳးစြန္႔အနစ္နာခံကာ စြမ္းစြမ္းတမံ ေဆာင္ရြက္ေနၾကသူ/အဖြဲ႕အစည္းတို႔အား ျပည္ပေရာက္ ျမန္မာမိသားစုမ်ား၏ စုစည္းညီညြတ္မႈအားျဖင့္ စုေပါင္းဂုဏ္ျပဳသည့္ ျပည္သူ႔ဂုဏ္ရည္ဆု (Citizen of Burma Award) တတိယအႀကိမ္ ဆုေပးပြဲအခမ္းအနားကို ေအာက္ပါအစီအစဥ္အတိုင္းက်င္းပမည္ ျဖစ္ပါသျဖင့္ မပ်က္မကြက္ တက္ေရာက္ခ်ီးျမွင့္ၾကပါရန္ ခင္မင္ေလးစားစြာ ဖိတ္ၾကားအပ္ပါသည္။ ။
