He owns a very big Estate Agent in a wealthy area of city of Tehran where lots of rich people and foreign people live.
A friend of of mine wanted to rent her flat. He charged both side, I mean the landlady and tennant 10% from the actual rent and the deposit.
On top of that he does NOT give any receipts to nobody upon receiving money from both sides.
I tried to push him to write a receipt for my frind. Simply he answered me, if my friend would like the receipt, he would cancel the contract.
No wonder in Iran many people getting richer with their own made rules !!
