I used anti-seize paste when reinstalling the four exhaust bolts - if I need to remove them again, it should be easier. The bots were relatively easy to remove. At 5 year/120K miles, there was surprisingly little rust on them. I used the bolts and springs off the "donor" car as it was supposed to be at 20K to 30K miles as opposed to my 120K miles. Both looked similar enough so reusing the old ones could have worked just as well.
