Greyhound Racing - Tampa, FL

See for yourself tonight what it offers for your entertainment. It is a permanant part of the sports life in Florida".

These were the first words printed in the TAMPA GREYHOUND RACING NEWS, dated Saturday January 21, 1933 for the inaugural meet of TAMPA GREYHOUND TRACK, and as they say, the rest is history.

Hello Ken,

I have been researching greyhound action photography and I came across your gallery. I just thought I'd comment on your great action shots. They're very sharp and very impressive. Would I be right in assuming that you use servo for focussing? Take a look at my website and action shots @ www.hovedogs.co.uk/actionshots2 . I pre focus all my shots since my Canon 20D's servo can't keep up with the action.
