Philadelphia Greyhound Connection, Inc. is a PA Non-Profit 501(c)3 Corporation dedicated to finding homes for retired racing Greyhounds. Believe me when I tell you the Greyhound family of dogs (Greyhounds, Whippet's and Italian Grehounds) is the best pets you could ever have. They are very social, intelligent, loving, quiet, good with kids and in most cases other pets. Once you have one it want be long before you'll be talking about getting another. Retired racing greyhounds and the peeople who are passionate about them and finding "furever" homes for them are very lucky they have found a friend in Ken Mayo. Through his photography, he is able to capture these most elegant, gentle, sweet, athletic and beautiful dogs ever. They are beautiful inside & out. Many are being killed when their racing careers are over and people are not aware of how wonderful they are and what outstanding pets they are. Thank you,Ken for capturing their beautiful souls and also for sharing your love of all of nature with us! We look forward to seeing more of your "poetic" photos and your "greyt" perspective of the "greyt" world of nature, which we are all lucky enough to share.
