BRIDGEPORT, CT - On September 20, 2004, the Bridgeport Fire Department was dispatched to a working fire in an occupied 3-decker located at 547 Artic St. First in companies found smoke showing from the upper floors but soon realized that they had a heavy fire condition in the basement.
