Waterfalls

I was inspired to see many of these falls by finding them on the internet. Some of the best web sites for inspiration have been http://www.jjanthony.com and http://www.ncwaterfalls.com and also https://pbase.com/waterfallrich

For this city boy there is something about being in the depths of nature surrounded by her beauty and all that she offers that puts your existence in perspective with all that is surrounding you yet allows you to escape into a near out of body expierience of tranquility and harmony.

NOTE 2005:
Fall 2005 was dry so waterfalls were not flowing as good as one would like. Some were barely a trickle.

NOTE 2006:
Slow waterfall season this year, basement kept me mostly indoors and the dry summer did not motivate me as the waterfalls were very low flow, not very photo worthy.

NOTE 2007:
OK 20007 is turning out to be one of the driest years sine I have been doing this so there will not be many new waterfall shots unless we get some serious raisn in the SE. I am also concentrating more on portraits and other styles of shots now.
