First updates to interior in over 22 years and some since the house was built in 1984.
This project was conceived in August 2014. Planning, research, contractor interviews and initial product selections and orders took place through November. Serious work began Friday December 12 with 3 weeks of initial demo and prep. December also included some electrical work (and problems) as well as window trim and baseboard work.

While we are doing some minor work (some trim and and such) ourselves we are fulling entrusting the home to Kristen Pierce from Jill of All Trades. She is phenomenal contractor with top notch crews. She is very detailed oriented and will go above and beyond to deliver a extraordinary result.
