Happy Father's Dad to all you Dads!

Quonset Point Air Show, Rhode Island National Guard.
Decided to trek down to southern RI this morning. Come to find out so did 40,000 close friends and neighbors. Had I know that, I might have reconsidered. Found a great spot, right by the middle taxi way (sometimes travelling by yourself has its benefits). The weather was very mixed, severely overcast one minute, then thick white clouds, then blue sky. It's a wonder I got any pictures at all I stood most of the day with my jaw around my ankles. These pilots are made of steel.

They'll be lots more in the days to come. ABout 2 gigs worth (and not all RAW!), haven't even opened up 3 of the cards, that'll be tomorrows project, after the family processing. I think I have a broken shutter finger.

They appear to be touching, but I'm sure it must be an illusion. Beautifully captured. Nice job on the exposure.
