In 1959 I was a eighteen year old navy photographer stationed near Milton, FL. The Photo Lab Chief petty Officer had a truck like this one, but fitted with two benches and a home made camper cover. We made several picture making trips on the weekends to the costal defence forts in western FL, and near mobile, Ala. Tough old trucks. I still have a larger one from 1969.
