This organ is by Aeolian-Skinner of Boston, #1249, 1958. At the time of its installation, Aeolian-Skinner was considered the "state of the art builder" in America. It was installed here due to the influence of organist Hans Vigeland, who had a hand in its design. With minor modifications, it survives as installed.
