I went to Bennett in 1972 to 1975 and it was fantastic for the most part. I loved ceramics class with Mrs Burke.
I went there in 1961-65. Great school and great teachers.
Attended 1962-1964. Great academic and student activity high school. Sadly moved to Kenmore and transferred to Kenmore West. Bennett was the school then.
I graduated from Bennett in 1958. What a great class it was, 464 graduates if I remember correctly. After school a bunch would always be found at Parkside Candies for a Coke and a smoke. Great memories.
Class of 1968. Not the worst, but high school was definitely NOT the best years of life.... those come later and it just keeps getting better.
I went here in 1986 - 1987 & loved it.
My son will be a sophomore this fall there.
He loves it.
I'm going to my reunion next month & can't wait.
They did sooo much remodeling & the school is beautiful, neat, clean & the kids wear uniforms now.
I highly recommend this school to EVERYONE.
It's definately not the "old" Bennett anymore that people constantly talk "down" on.
Everything has changed & the kids love it.

Bennett graduate '63; great times, snowy mornings offered bumper ski riding down side streets heading towards Bennett. football rallies with bonfires, pink slips for smoking in front of school. Turtles Car Club wizzing by on spring days. Great times and great memories.

Great school, great friends , a lot of fun and people I am still very close to and love them dearly. I loved going to Bennett High School. "For The best is yet to Be" The class of 1979
I ATTENDED BENNETT HIGH 54-58...EMMONS B. FERRAR WAS PRINCIPLE...WE RAISED HELL WITH THE TEACHERS...ALL GOOD CLEAN FUN...MRS. COHEN WAS OUR HOMEROOM TEACHER...WE USED TO THROW HER DESK BELL OUT THE THIRD FLOOR WINDOW AS SHE WAS CLOSING THE DOOR...SHE WOULD BACK UP TO HER DESK TO HIT THE BELL....NOT THERE FOR SOME REASON...AND MANY OTHER DEVIOUS TEACHER PRANKS....ALL FOUR WERE FUN YEARS...
I graduated in 64 and those were some of the best years of my life.
I'm teary-eyed seeing my high school. I was Junior Class President 1976 - 1977 and Senior Class President 1977 - 1978.

My mom, her brother and my father all went to Bennett, along with most of my relatives. They all graduated in the 30's. I went there in the 60's for a summer language course and went to high school nearby at Holy Angels Academy. I remember one famous graduate, Beverly Johnson, the Vogue model. There have been many, many others over the decades.
