This was St. Boniface's convent; the church itself is gone, with only the rectory and convent surviving. It is now the Locust Street Neighborhood Art Classes, successor to MollyOlga. MollyOlga was the collaboration of two artist-teachers that brought free art training and teaching to an impoverished neighborhood. They obtained this former convent in 1981.
