Precinct 4, also known as the Cold Springs Station. This post World War II design was popular among the post 1945 stations. Precinct 4, located on Michigan Street at Arsenal Place, covered some of downtown, along with the Towne Gardens, Ellicott Projects area of the East Side. Precinct 4, along with Precinct 3 downtown, were merged into the B District. This former house is now home to a law firm.
