The previous poster is mistaken. This church originally housed the Church of Christ (Disciples) sometime between 1892 and 1931 and is associated with the congregations of the Central Church of Christ and the Richmond Avenue Church of Christ (and many others not listed on this site). It became a Christian Church later. I am researching the specific date, but am not entirely convinced they are different congregations (i.e., this Church of Christ became the Christian Church, instead of one congregation leaving and another taking its place). This was actually Forest Ave. Christian Church. Not Church of Christ. There is a huge difference!
