Next day I did a hike upstream of about 3 miles to Horse Camp, the spot where the remainder of my hiking buddies camped. The reeds grow really thick along the hiking trails.

I am going around the last outcrop as I am approaching Horse Camp campground. I had just meet Sandy on the trail, he was going to my camping spot downstream. We talked for 15 or 20 minutes and we were then along our way.
