How ignorant can you be? I have never been on a moped, and don't plan to ever be.It is not the moped that is the problem, it is all the people that are ready to break the law at the drop of a hat. As a van driver I see moped drivers taking chances with their lives every day!
The speed limit for an unlicensed moped driver should be 35mph so they can keep up with traffic instead of impeding it. The same people that are complaining are the ones driving while texting!!! A bicycle can reach 30mph, and are ridden by many a drunk. Do you plan on having them banned next?
