Swedish style, that means that half the cowboys are cowgirls (and they really were), and you have to be extra nice to the cows. But seriously, this small scale free range cattle ranch produces environmentally friendly cattle that get no hormones or antibiotics. And thanks to their grazing they preserve valuable meadows for birds and other wildlife.
