Is a print of photo 1118 or 1123 available for purchase? I find the photos deliciously terrifying. I'm a Duluth born lady. Please get back. Thank you.
Your images are fantastic! You've inspired me to get to know my camera better. Now I want to figure out how to capture lights the way you do in your evening shots. Just beautiful! Thank you for sharing your talent with all of us. -Andrea Hayden
You have captured me, though I am only a few miles from McGregor and live these scenes every day. I have lived many places in the US and abroad but when the time came to finish this tour called life I had to return to my origins, precisely for the reasons you have caught on camera.
My heart never left this neighborhood where we grew up. Thanks so much for your efforts and creativity. Now I'll reminisce about the days of my youth, you have captured me. Oldtimer
Beautiful. I think you should do a photo book-these capture Duluth so magically. We moved here recently because of our love of the city, and you have shown the spirit of the city. Would you ever consider selling some of your prints to be used in paintings?
I really enjoy your pictures of the Lake and the City. I was stationed at Duluth Air Base from 1963 to 1965. Duluth has really become a tourist attraction. Keep up the good work.
I have been spending a lot of time looking at your photos Kim. What treasures. Per

I was born in Duluth in 1942 - never lived there after age 4 - but we visited
almost every summer when I was growing up. It is a magic place to me and your pictures
make it moreso. My home screen on my PC always features one of your pictures.
the best collection of Duluth pictures that I have ever seen. You are very talented. Thank you for sharing them online.
I was born and raised in Duluth and still have family there. I live on the southern tip of Lake Michigan now, but I still long for Duluth and the North Shore of Lake Superior. Your photos are excellent.
I was so blessed by your pictures today - they are absolutely beautiful. You have amazing talent, God bless you!
Tamara Allen, Nashville TN
My mom grew up in Duluth got married and moved to Ohio. So every summer we would go to Duluth for our summer vacation. I took that trip every year for 19 years, so Duluth feels like home to me. My moms family still lives there. I haven't been back since 2001, so seening theses pictures brought back alot of memories. Thank you for taking such wonderful picture.
I receive your photos gallaries from friend in Minasota. I was asking him how it's like at where you live. So he sent all these photos to me. I realy enjoy it. Pictures can tell lots more story than words. Your city is very nice. Thanks to you.

I grew up in Duluth and graduated from East High in 1968.
I keep coming back to Duluth and these pictures remind me why:
they look and feel like coming home.
what a gift:
to see with the eyes of the heart.
Spectacular. Your photos take me back to my formative years in Duluth. I remember Duluth to be just as beautiful as portrayed in your pictures. One of my first jobs was on the "Vista King" and I progressed to the bigger boats, therefore your nautical pictures hold a great interest for me. Thank you, your pictures are really beautiful and I can now show my children what a paradise Northern Minnesota truly is.
Your photos are great. I like your artistic outlook. Do you want to take some pictures of old farm equipment? My family has property in gnesen with some great nature shots. E-mail me if you are interested and I'm sure my family would not mind if you shot some pictures.
Kim: the photos are fantastic. I first became aware of your work in the recent issue of "Lake Superior Magazine." They did a nice feature on you and it inspired me to look up your online galleries. And I've spent hours here, one photo after another takes my breath away. I love Lake Superior and Duluth and visit every summer, I live near Brainerd and always go through McGregor, now I'll think of you when I do. Have you taken any of Glensheen? Once again, beautiful work, I'm hooked.
As a native of Duluth living in Montana these picutres help to make me not so homesick. I'm glad to see that I can come here and get a little piece of home whenever I need it. Thank you these pictures are gorgeous!

Your photos are very beautiful. I to am a photographer specializing in whitetail deer here in McGregor, MN. We have alot of whitetails here. I love our hometown!
I once lived in Duluth and hope to eventually retire there - your wonderful photos are just incredible and capture the beauty and raw nature of the area. Thank you ever so much for sharing with the world just how delightful Duluth is!

Beautiful. Thank You.

As a fellow Twin Porter (we live next to Pattison Park) I've browsed through your beautiful galleries many times, but haven't gotten around to commenting til now. Then, tonight, while looking through "routerer"'s images, i left a comment on one of his England photos right after one of your comments. And I thought it's high time I let you know how much I appreciate your work. We've probably crossed paths many times in the Duluth area, as evidenced most recently by our Beargrease galleries. I'll be back with more comments later on.
Your images are fantastic. A joy to view.

Your pictures are by turns witty, playful, thought-provoking, elegant...but always reverent. I recently passed through Duluth on my motorcycle, heading around Superior; your city struck a chord with me, but you have played a smphony. Thank you Kim.
Hello from Grand Rapids, MN.
You have an outstanding good and well structured site. I enjoyed browsing through it
Best regards from NY!
I really love the photos, every now and again I just click on to get myself calm again.Thank you for all the effort you put into getting these pictures to us.
Wow - Kim I am speechless. I love the water - I'm a workaholic, stuck in here long hours and sometimes I just need to see the lake. These are so incredible - I will be back to ponder, to rest, to admire your amazing vision - I hope you thank God everyday for the talent with which you have been blessed. And thank you for sharing it with all of us.
Beautiful photos, I will be back for more!
I was born in Ely, Minnesota and raised in Duluth. Although I now live in warm California, I am always in awe of the raw beaty of my home state that you have so aptly captured. Thank you for the trip home. Fabulous!!!!
You do excelent work Kim. I keep coming back too look at your new work. Norhern Minn and especially up around the Duluth area is one of my favorite camping areas.
Respected Kim Randolph!
You have presented very colourful gallery here. There are so many pictures in thirty eight pages. Each and every image has its own identity. No doubt you are very creative. I appriciate your great work.
Dear Kim, Your photos are exquisitely beautiful, so phenomenally well done. Thanks so much for posting and sharing them and for making prints available.
Blessings to thee for the beauty you open our eyes to.

wow awsome photography!
Thank you for sharing your breathtaking and inspirational art. Living part time in Southwest Wisconsin I am especially in awe of your ability to magically expose the soul of the land we live in, if only for a moment. Your photos evoke emotion while quieting the mind - this is a wondrous feat. Sincerely Yours, Tony M.
Kim, I have enjoyed viewing a number of your photos. You have some awesome images. Merry Christmas.

Thank you for sharing,
Kim, thanks for the comments on my new aurora gallery. Cheers! Stan Richard
Your lighting and framing are spectacular. You should explore the rest of the country in such detail with your camera.
Very nice I was wondeering if you were going to ad a shopping cart to your site I wass tring to see if EE's comercial set up was what I wanted or if I would have to modify it. firstname.lastname@example.org
I was over at the Shutter Freaks site and stumbled over your Aurora tutorial.
Very entertaining stuff! So I ended up browsing your beautiful pics here instead...
Keep up the good work!

Very nice galleries.
Your night shots are incredible. Well done, I certainly will be looking for more of your shots in the future.
A true Minnesota artist at work! Congrad! Please give us some images of Winona when I went to school. Your work is one of the best in the pbase universe.
Your pictures are stunning, I have been doing digital photography for about 4 years now, and recently upgraded to the Digital Rebel, still trying to master it. What camera do you use and may I ask how you process your pictures to look so colorful and vivid? I enjoyed looking at your galleries very much, you have a great eye for composition. You sure make Minnesota inviting, you could sell your pics to them for a tourism book!!
to all the oyeolu keep cool.
You have a very nice variety of galleries.
Hi my name is Justin and I am a photographer and I have been on pbase for maybe a year and I have not looked through any of the photos on this side like I did to yours tonight. I have to say you are one of the luckiest and best photographers I have ever seen on here.

I think your work is great!! I am an amateur photographer taking nite courses at the community college. My preference is for landscapes which puts me in the minority in class. Your work inspires me to follow my passion for Landscape Photography. Thanks
Nice work.. I like your Reflections and N lights... thats one thing we don't see in California... Neda
You have awesome photos! I just bookmarked your galleries! May I know how long you've been doing photography?
Kim... was doing random research on Auroras, and was led to your site... as a sometime photographer I loved much of your location/natural work... we will be in MN in August in the area between the shore and Boundary Canoe Wilderness Area, in case you have some special suggestions... keep up the inspirational work... it's clear you enjoy what you're doing

Merry Christmas Kim Randolph! Happy holidays and happy new year.
How do you get such great color saturation? Looks like Ektachrome! You must set the EV a couple of notches to the negative. Keep up the good work for you are an inspiration to us old "soupers" who are learning the digital.
guy man keep offfffffffffffffff
You are my favorite; an exceptional artist with a camera. Always love to see what you're doing; creating visual poetry with pixels. Thanks for sharing. Really like "puppers and me." I'll revisit often for inspiration.
Kim, your work is very lovely to look at and enjoy. Thank-you for your works.
Your work is awesome. You really have an eye for photography. Love the colors in so many of your images. Do you do any Photoshop work on your photos to enhance the tone and color, or do they come from the camera that way?
That's really cool pictures. Looks like heaven...Hope I can live in that kind of place.
You are coool!!!
WOW, just WOW! I hope that one day I can capture images half as well as you :)
Very impressive work. I check often for new uploads.
Wow! Great work! I grew up in the Duluth and then McGregor area. Your pictures brought back a flood of happy memories, especially with the natural beauty of the area! I can't wait to share this site with my husband and friends.
Wonderful shots! Best reagrds!
You are in my favorite artists category and I look forward to seeing more beautiful photos of your area. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area where our seasons are not nearly as colorful as yours. However, born and raised in Ohio I miss the fall and winter colors.
You have done a great job with composition and capturing the mood of each vision. Keep up the great work.
Enjoy your photos. Excellent composition, and subject... Really enjoy the natural colors and countryscapes, especialy of one of my wife and my favorite places... Minnesota. You have a great talent. Thank you for sharing your beautiful photos.

Hi Kim --
Enjoyed your pictures very much! Duluth area is favorite of ours to photograph too. Thanks for sharing your excellent work. ---Bill Willroth
You truly have some excellent images in your gallery. Wonderful
subject matter and great composition! I especially enjoyed your
sunset/sunrise and fall color gallery's. Very nice indeed!
My only suggestion, for what it's worth, would be to thin them
out a little (the best of the best) because you have so many that
are similar. I know, it's difficult to do, especially since you
have so many great ones to choose from, but I think overall it
will improve the look of your gallery.
Thanks for sharing.
P.S. I have the same problem with my gallery, trying to decide
which one's to kick out.
If you would find a sec to email, I am itching to know how you created a layer over a ligthouse shot. If this is permissable, would really like to ask for a quick 'how ya did that'....
tx, david hughes
Great shots. Craft and patience. Your craft really comes out.
Question, do you retouch your images in an editor like Photoshop by chance?
Again, super photos.
I have a friend that lives in McGregor, last name is Carr. I wonder if you know her.
Beautiful and artistic work, thanks for sharing
just forget to ask where this spot is? thanks
Very very impressive of your patient to record all the angle and colors in different timing - real photographer. Keep going, please show the color of mother nature. Thanks.
Your work is consistently creative. You demonstrate a good eye and an ironic sense of contrasts. You are able to find beauty in subject matter that many would eschew as "unworthy." Your composition and framing suggests that you had experience shooting film/slides where one does not have the luxury of fixing everything in P.S. I particularly like your series of lighthouse/rainbow shots. You did not just stand in one place with jaw dropped admiring the spectacular view but moved (ran?) around looking for other angles. Thank you for your compliments regarding my small (but growing) gallery. Keep up the good work.
what is name this (photographic) camera ?
Very nice images, I enjoyed your galleries.
Didn't know you had so many. I'll have to come back. Tom
