I heard nor saw nothing, but the firetruck was dousing our garbage can at 2am from what neighbours are saying.
When I got up in the morning, all that was left was the plastic from the garbage can melted into the grass and earth and the metal axle that the wheels would have once been attached to... oh, and a few cat food cans - everything else was incinerated.
I spent 1.5 hours digging up ruined grass and earth so that the garbage truck could take that away!!

http://www.canadaeast.com/search/article/323926 MONCTON, N.B. - Four youths have been arrested after a rash of fires in the Moncton area, including one that caused thousands of dollars in damage to a playground.
Three of the fires were on my street - one was actually in our garbage can which was waiting to be picked up in the early morning. The bumbling idiots thought it was a good idea to go around lighting garbage on fire.
The remains of the can
This is the last time I'm leaving garbage on the lawn!!
