Hey Kevin,

Looking like I'm doing a Royal Caribbean tour in April, stopping in Barbados. I would love to get in a 60-90 km ride (I am a three time Ironman finisher in Canada). Would love any hints or connections wherein I might rent a bike, get in a with a local club for a ride, etc.
