My visit to the German Marine Memorial (Marine-Ehrenmal) located near Laboe in February 2007. It is here that the world war II uboat U-995 is displayed.
There are some pictures taken from the U Boat Memorial (U Boot Ehrenmal) found further down the coastline located in a small village of Möltenort. It is here that the 30,000 brave German submariners who died in WWII are honoured each by name and by the U Boat number they served & perished in. Some 743 boats were lost during the war.
