Beach Photos of the Gulf Islands National Seashore which sustained a lot of damage to its sand dunes and road bed by Hurricane Ivan in 2004 and Hurricane Dennis in 2005. However, many of the sand dunes with sea oats between the eight mile span of Navarre Beach, FL and Pensacola, FL are alive and well. The photos in this gallery were taken on December 2005 by Kenny Wilder. The location of the dunes with sea oats are not being divulged in this gallery in order to protect them from those who may disturb them by walking on them, which is illegal to do so in accordance to Federal and Florida State laws.
