The images in this Gallery are of the Belle Mer beach walkover construction, sand fences, planting of sea oats and other plants between the beach berm (dune) and the Belle Mer condominium. This planting is not part of the Navarre Beach Restoration Project that was completed in 2006. The planting is by the “Dune Doctor” and was paid for by the unit owners of the Belle Mer.
