Thanks for leaving a comment on my photo of Silom at Convent. It really has been a ghost town around here. Thank the Lord Buddha for Foodland!
You're right about Pantip Plaza, people glowing in the dark from the radiation. The worst thing about the place for me is the air. After 1/2 hour I start getting a headache & am gasping for breath.
Ken, thanks a lot for stopping by at my gallery and the kind words !
hi ken. Great photo of the Zuba internet cafe in Hobart. Wonderful photo and composition. U have captured something special. How nicely do i have to ask to use it. I am the owner of the cafe
The temple of Phnom Bakheng, in Angkor, is the temple on top of the hill, which many people climb to see the sunset. And no, I've never been to Beng Malea. I'll have to visit it next time I'm in Angkor. Thanks for mentioning it.
don't know where to start....but your stuff is really great! keep on shootin'!
Hi! Ken from Thailand
You're living in Thailand?
I like the way you took a picture so much and nice to meet you.
Thanks for the comment on my latest photo of Wat Arun, taken at dusk. It was a lucky shot. I was on an express ferry coming down river & just gave it a go. And BTW, your description of Bangkok as a mistress is the way I feel, too. Absolutely spot on.
Thanx for these wonderful Pics.....
I went through..images which attract me towards it.....
Excellent work, Ken. I enjoyed browsing, and will certainly be back once Pbase takes care of the slowness. Your technical, and visionary skills are top notch and a true joy to view. Thanks for sharing your inspirational work.
Exquisite and truly inspirational photography, Ken.
Wonderful variety, technical perfection and great artistic creations and sensibility.
It is a pleasure to perceive the beauties of the world, captured through Your vision.
Yes, the photo of the Chao Phraya just posted was taken at dusk, from the cocktail lounge at the top of the Millennium Hilton, on the Nonthaburi side of the river. I think it has the best view of all those high top hotels, and tho the drinks are 250 baht a pop, they're generous.
Thanks for the visit to my gallery, I'm glas you did because now I get to see your images.
Ken you gave me my first comment on Vietnam.Thank you very much.I can tell you are very much aware what's around you through your photography.
Thanks for leaving a comment in my gallery on the Chao Phraya. It also brought me to your galleries, which were a real pleasure to view. Regards.

their own. Bravo! & expect to see me back over...& over...and...LOL
Brilliant work you are doing here, that is not noticed enough in the PBase community.
A real new world in your galleries, although I only browsed half of them. I'll be back for the other half. Hope you don't mind my numerous comments.

Ken, thank you so much for your comments in my gallery. I am happy to hear that I have inspired you to slow down and plan your images. Thanks for visiting. I have roughly 8 more months of shots that I haven't downloaded which consist mostly of rural Thailand locales (Ban Mai San Lab etc) and a bit of Laos where they haven't seen farangs before, so check back in a couple of months if you wish. I used no proper "tour guides" after figuring out the system here in Thailand, but have 3 or 4 "fixer type guides if you ever need one.
You have a talented eye, and I have added you to my favorites. I also noted that you are shooting with a 5D, a great camera indeed. I hope to learn more from looking at your photography in the future.
Thanks Ken for your kind comment on my *Pink ladies*, I´m glad you liked the image, best regards, Rosemarie :o)

heres the link for the forum i told you about. Its in its very early stages but will be a cracker for sure.
Thank you for visiting and commenting. I'd just started doing some conversions and toning and the ghost towns and old locomotives seemed natural candidates. I missed Thailand while in the area with the navy - although we did get a chance to visit a number of other ports. Looks like you have been making the most of your "new" photographic interests!
I love your new portraits, theres some real magic in the eyes and they have that special feel. Your new layount is great. Have a nice weekend!
