We've always made traditional gingerbread houses of gingerbread logs and lots of gum drops with our dear friends Annie and Sarah. This year, having moved recently to New Mexico, we decided to try a New Mexican theme - gingerbread adobe houses. Here's Sarah's house, complete with a corral and two horses, a pretzel stick coyote fence and a traditional Santa Fe adobe house.
