Try this game of patience.

NOTE: It is important that you set the deck up and deal the cards as per instructions.

ENJOY

Sort out the cards as follows. This will facilitate getting the cards in the correct order.
1. Put all the aces, 2s, 3s etc of each suit together in separate piles (no jokers, 52 cards in 13 separate groups)
2. Now place the cards in a single pile, face up, in the following order;

8C 9D 6S 4C KS AS KH 7H 8S 6C 3H 2H 2D 9S 10D JC AH KD 7C 5S JS 3D 5C AC QH QC
4H 5H 9H 8H 10H 9C 7D 7S 6D 10S 6H 10C JD JH 8D QD 5D 3C 4S 4D 3S 2C KC 2S QS AD

3. Turn the pile of cards over so that it’s face down, with the AD (Ace of diamonds) on the bottom,
then deal the cards out, off the top of the pile as per normal for patience. Starting from the left
lay the cards out in a line towards the right, side by side with a gap between them, as follows,

6 cards face down in a row and the seventh face up.
5 cards face down, on top of the others, and the sixth card face up.
4 cards face down, on top of the others, and the fifth card face up.
3 cards face down, on top of the others, and the fourth card face up.
2 cards face down, on top of the others, and the third card face up.
1 card face down, on top of the others, and the second card face up.
1 card face up on the first pile.
You will end up with seven stacks. The first stack will have 6 cards face down with 1 card face up visible on top.
The next stack to the right will have 5 cards face down with 1 card face up visible on top. The piles get progressively
smaller, as you look across to the right. The seventh stack has 1 card face up. You are left with a “pack” of 24 cards.

4. Now take the first three cards off the top of the remaining cards, the “pack”, turn the pile of over to reveal the third card
and check to see if it (the third card from the top) “goes” anywhere. Aces go to the top of the table in separate
piles by suit and 2 3 4 5 etc. of the same suit go, in order, on top of their aces. Kings can go into vacant spots left after
face down cards have been turned over and moved. Cards can go down in order from King to 2 alternating colours.
The cards revealed on the table can be moved, using the same rules as above, and the face down card on the top
of the pile on the table can then be turned over and moved or not. Cards moved which have no cards under them
provide an open spot into which a King can be placed.
5. If the third card can be moved legally move it, this reveals the next card which can then be moved or not.
6. If the third card cannot be moved legally repeat step 4

The aim of the game is to reveal and move all the cards face down on table and all the cards in the “pack” after going through
the “pack” (Three at a time) once.
Clear as mud? Good luck. Let me know how you go.
