after extricating the boat and vehicle we finally got the boat in at another ramp
only to find that the motor would not rev out and that the boat would only do 8 knots.
So we took the boat back and went to another hirer who has smaller boats which are much
lighter and easier to launch. We also got a Landcruiser from budget that has a bit more
ground clearance and lots more grunt.
Two days later we had no problems getting in at the Pilgrimunna boat “ramp”. “
