I the process of doing food research in S.E. Asia, one of the inevitable steps is visiting local markets. I love Asian markets, and the seafood is so sensuous to see. I'm editing a set of photos shot during our recent visit to Pnom Penh. At the end of the series, I've added a few caught on fish markets elsewhere, Vietnam, Laos and Thailand.

I am not a marine biologist, and would appreciate any comments viewers may have on the accurate names of various species
