I got the bug to play with pinhole images. For the uninitiated, a pinhole image is one formed from a pinhole camera, defined as a light-tight box with film or photographic paper in the back. Pinhole cameras have no glass lenses, just a small hole in the front with some form of a shutter. There are at least a dozen types of pinhole cameras ranging from tiny cameras to 8 X 10 inches. In my case, I took an old 35mm film camera and bought an extra body cap for it. I drilled a small hole in it and glued a small metal shim to the front of it with a tiny hole in it. The crude "lens" has given new life to a 35mm camera that was only collecting dust.
I have enjoyed going through your pinhole pictures. The whole thing fascinates me. I find the images very nostalgic, and think there is something magical about them. I am looking forward creating my own pinhole camera, once I find a spare body cap. Thank you for sharing
