Door of Pink Fire Truck

Just as I was leaving a nearby town this morning I saw some fire trucks in a parking lot,
and several of them were pink. I turned around on the highway as soon as I could and went back.
I got there just in time to take a few shots before they drove off to a local function for cancer awareness.

Many of you may be aware of the "pink fire truck", but I was not.

I checked out their website and it is a fascinating story.

These trucks are on a nationwide tour. Yesterday they were in McKinney, TX and they will be in Tulsa, OK tonight.
They were making a daytime visit to Ponca City, OK today.
