Had a full day in San Francisco, it was COLD! As Mark Twain said, "The coldest winter I ever spent was summer in San Francisco." 63 degrees with COLD winds...still lovely. Went to Pier 36 then Fisherman's Wharf where I got to have fresh crab- YUM...so buttery and fresh and delicious. Sat on the wharf because of my fond memory of doing so in a previous visit, no doubt in February as it was not quite as fun with the wind chill, ha ha ha! Also went to Golden Gate Park where we had tea at the Japanese Tea Garden and Haight Ashbery. Had great wine at a wine bar in the Ashbury district then wonderful thai food, yum! I LOVE SAN FRANCISCO!
