Character Assasination.jpg

The president's opponent's character was assasinated. Kerry served his country honorably for his entire life. President Bush didn't become a responsible adult until he was 40 years old. Shame.

Just another unhappy American, of which there are millions now in this once proud, respected nation. Maybe he's just pissed because Kerry lost and should have won by a landslide. No one to blame for that except the weak and inept democratic party. And what do you expect to happen in the next election? Something different? Well then what are you waiting for? Where's your strong, charismatic democratic challenger to confront these fascist Republicans currently in office? If you don't find one soon, then more of the same, but much worse, is what you can expect.

Disapproval? the looks on the two ladies behind him say it all.

Guest, are you confusing criticim of policies with attacks on character?

I have nothing in this gallery about Bush's questionable National Guard Record or his alleged drug/alcohol abuse (didn't GW admit to alcohol abuse and there was at least one DWI). Those would be character assasination.

This gallery is filled with policy issues and facts about the fear tactics and character assasination that were used by Bush and his supporters (with Bush's tacit approval).

What someone should have done is to compare, side by side, the resumes of GW Bush and John Kerry. One would represent a long record of work that represented preparation for higher office. The other was nearly blank until he reached age 40. I'm not a big Kerry fan -- but he was much more qualified to be president.

Check out Bush's current (dis)approval ratings. People disagree overwhelmingly with his policies for energy, War in Iraq, healthcare, environment, and education. What's left? Homeland security. It's his only postive rating at this time (51%).

So, you prop up the 'character assasination' of Bush but disapprove of the same politics when they fall on Kerry? It's a two way street, both ways being ridiculous.
