It's been six and a half years since Bush took office and he hasn't done squat about or even mentioned abortion. People like this woman are chumps.

Why isn't this abortion bill being talked about?
In a fashion similar to California's Proposition 73, which went down to defeat last November, Senate Bill S. 403 - which is up for a vote TODAY - would make it impossible for a minor who resides in a state where she can't get an abortion to seek an abortion in another state.
That's just fine with Republicans, evidently.
Let's walk through that one more time:
You're a 13-year-old girls whose abusive father has raped you and made you pregnant. Your concerned grandparents, who have found out about this monstrosity, besides seeking to have your father imprisoned for child molestation, have agreed to help you get an abortion. You live in a state where parental notification is required for an abortion, or where abortion itself is illegal. Your grandparents agree to drive you to a clinic in the next state.
As soon as they cross the state line with you, they are federal criminals.
How messed up is that?
I don't know about you, but I do not want the possibility that any little girl would have to go through that.
