These photos taken with a Holga 120S -- a cheapo ($20) plastic toy camera that produces medium-format dreamscapes. The light leaks, vignetting, and lens flare are special features you just can't get with expensive cameras. For many, Holgas are an acquired taste....

I like your pictures so much. It is what I am thinking about. I am so suprised we have almost same style. The difference is that I am using a segull 4b. I will update some of my pictures after scan them.

Nice work, Karen. As an occassional Holga user myself, I was drawn to this gallery. It's always interesting to see what a skilled photographer likes to do with a $20 plastic camera. I've found with the Holga it's all about subject matter, perspective, and composition, since you can't control much else!

Heh, love tooling around with the Holga, but have been using the Lomo (35mm cheapo camera) to rather the same effect.

My first introduction to the Holgo. I enjoy these images tremendously. Reminds me of pinhole photography. Think that is what it is called.
