The building should still be very stable. The structure is nothing more than concrete and steel beams, and as you can see, the concrete is holding up very well.
The brick is only there for cosmetic reasons. To give the building a better appearence than just concrete. Kinda like siding on your house.
The brick has pulled away more than likely due to the expansion and contraction of afternoon sun.
most buildings with a fake brickwork front have the brick intergrated with the building by means of the steel frame in some way or another. In the case of this building (or any cheap contractor), the building was built, then the brick was layed around the structure with little means for the brick to adhere to the structure.

The more this place falls apart, the more you will see the cheap and rush job that was done on it.

What about that two story high "tearing" of the brick in the upper right hand corner of this picture?

What looks like some brick off the building is actually where the construction crane was once attached. They had taken the brick off to attach the crane and when construction was halted the crane was removed and the brick never replaced. But once again restoration is coming to this "tower of power!" As a "refirement" center for His senior saints, they will come to be reignited in their gifitngs and anointings to impace the future youth generation who will also be in the general area as a part of HIM (Heritage International Ministries.)
