These are seascapes taken from the northwest coast of Tasmania, the island state of Australia. It differs from the rounded lichen-covered East coast & the dolerite columns of the south. Circular Head (known affectionately as "The Nut") is a flat-topped massif that dominates this coastal region. The sleepy township of Stanley nestles at its base. Sharp jagged rocks chracterise the coast of Rocky Cape National Park.
