Some photos taken while a member of the U.S. Army 3rd Infantry Division in Schweinfurt, West Germany 1977 - 1981 during the Cold War era.

My units were the 2d Battalion 39th Field Artillery, a 155mm self-propelled Howitzer (M109) artillery unit and the 1st Battalion 76th Field Artillery, an 8-inch self-propelled Howitzer (M110) artillery unit.

I taught Pre-School at Grafenwohr in 1976-1978. My husband Fred Roedel worked at CATD 7th ATC We loved our time there, and would enjoy seeing any pictures of Grafenwohr from those years.

i need help with information about a man stationed in or around bad kissingen germany in 1953-1955 his name would haved been robert Bice. He wrote on a picture some letters im not sure if they are atc something 8 L BUT its so faded its hard to make out. I have pictures if needed to help identify. we know nothing about what happened to him. and any information is greatly appreciated.

My name is Robert Hendricks and I was on reforger1977 we started by railheading to swabach just outside of munchine.our division comander was split between Maj Gen Kriezer and Maj Gen.George S.Patton jr. I flew in the same huey gunship with Patton(we talked about his famous father.)I was Bravo company 1/30th inf Schwienfurt.W.Germany Apo NY NY 09033 you never forget!

I was transferred from an e gineer company at Ft Hood Texas to a supply ordinance company so i could go to Germany as a driver..Anything for this Alaskan to get out of the heat of Texas..Im lookingor anyone from Ft HoodTexas that was there..
