We got up at 7 again and headed out to Yamdrok-tso Lake, south of Lhasa. We got there as the sun had just come out and the lake was a deep blue color which turned more green as the day went by and the sun brought out the color of the lake bed. We then went to see a hanging glacier on the edge of a mountain near the massive mountain at the sound of the lake. And finally the driver dropped us off at the airport and we flew back to Beijing. An amazing, if rushed, trip.
