This butterfly returns every summer about this time. Today was the first I've seen this year.
Just in time because bugs have been on my mind. I keep looking at the beautiful macro shots Tom Munson has been getting and I'm wanting some of my own.
This, with my 70-200 and doubler is good but doesn't measure up to what he is doing with his Sigma Macro lens.
He has such nice bugs to practice on, too. Oh well, we got what we got!
