Casual photography, off-and-on for many years, has become an artistic pursuit in recent ones, aid and abet by three major factors:
1) Finally got a good enough camera (Canon S45) to learn how to shoot manually. (Now I'm dying for a better one!)
2) Developed an entirely new method for digital development to better approximate the quality of film. (No more Image > Adjust commands.)
3) Found some especially lovely new subjects to focus on. (Hope you'll agree.)
Have had another successful web presence for about 18 months. The intention here is to share some of the same developed finished works as there, but also some native or minimally developed photographs, just for fun.
I look forward to discovering what this new environment has to offer.
