After arriving in Lima we headed off down the Panamerican highway,stopping at the Pantanos de Villa marshes,and the fishing village of Pucusana before reaching the Hotel Paracas.I'd last been to this area some 15 years ago and had been amazed then by the Nazca lines and the archaeological riches.This time I'd be concentrating more on the fauna.
